Scientific Partner
Our scientific partner is the Institute for Employment and Employability (IBE)
of the University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Society Ludwigshafen.
The IBE team, led by Prof. Jutta Rump, analyses the labor market and the criteria of being a fair and attractive employer, develops the targeted questionnaire for Fair Company and reviews the companies that apply for admission.
The IBE also receives feedback from the young professionals, who evaluate the audited Fair Companies once again from their point of view and are analysed by the team.

Fair Company’s overarching higher education and training partner is the Carl Remigius Fresenius Education Group, which includes various universities of applied sciences, universities, academies, and vocational schools.
