Scientific Partner<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Our scientific partner is the Institute for Employment and Employability (IBE)<\/a>
of the University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Society Ludwigshafen.<\/p>\n

The IBE team, led by Prof. Jutta Rump, analyses the labor market and the criteria of being a fair and attractive employer, develops the targeted questionnaire for Fair Company and reviews the companies that apply for admission.<\/p>\n

The IBE also receives feedback from the young professionals, who evaluate the audited Fair Companies once again from their point of view and are analysed by the team.<\/p>\n
